Our whole website has gone through a major rebuild. In addition to the website, our web ticket sales system has also been upgraded. Our previous web sales system has been replaced by a new system named Videcom. Welcome to our new web service & shop!

New options

The new sales system introduces several new options for the customer. The customer can now choose to buy a flexible ticket that may be changed in our web service. The customer now has a choice of including extra services such as extra baggage or sports equipment in the booking. By booking these extras online a customer can save significantly compared to paying for them at check-in.

Also added are new payment options. Now accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro and American Express cards and e-payments from Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo-pankki, Handelsbanken, Säästöpankki, Paikallisosuuspankit, Tapiola and Ålandsbanken banks.

Ticket terms
Finncomm Airlines web sales offers three different ticket types: Smart: Tickets of this type do not allow any changes to the purchased tickets. There is no refund for cancelled or unused tickets, not even in case of illness. We recommend buying a travel insurance to cover for cases of illness.

Service fees
No service fees in web sales For bookings and changes made by customers themselves in our web service we charge no service fees. If the customer buys a changeable ticket, it may be changed free of charge (Flex tickets) or for a 50€ change fee (Easy tickets) in "Manage booking".
