Service fees

No service fees in web sales 

For bookings and changes made by customers themselves in our web service we charge no service fees. If the customer buys a changeable ticket, it may be changed free of charge (Flex tickets) or for a 50€ change fee (Easy tickets) in "Manage booking".

For bookings and changes made over the phone by our customer service staff we charge the following service fees:

Domestic ticket  20€
International ticket  30€
Ticket change 25€
Domestic ticket processing charge  25€
International ticket processing charge  30€

Method of payment is credit card.
Bank transfers carry an additional charge of 10€.
